Float Frame ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

1. What We Collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide:

• Email address — submitted through the waitlist signup forms on our website.

We do not collect names or payment information through the website. Our analytics and advertising tools (see Section 4) automatically receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your email address is used solely to:

• Send you product launch updates and announcements related to Float Frame.

We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Loops (loops.so) as our email platform to store and send emails. When you submit your email, it is transmitted directly to Loops for processing. Loops processes data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use analytics and advertising tools that set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and collect information about how you use our website:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — measures visits, traffic sources, and interactions such as starting or completing the waitlist form. It collects data like pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and a cookie identifier.
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — measures the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and records events such as page views and waitlist signups. Meta may use this data in accordance with its own Data Policy.

These tools receive data such as your IP address and browser information directly from your browser. We do not send your email address to Google Analytics or Meta. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use a browser extension that blocks trackers, or opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Meta ad preferences can be managed in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

Our website also stores a single item in your browser's sessionStorage (a countdown timer for launch date display). This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our updates. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Unsubscribe — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
• Request deletion — email us to have your data permanently removed from our systems.
• Access your data — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

These rights apply regardless of your location, including under GDPR (EU/EEA) and CCPA (California).

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption and Content Security Policy headers to protect data in transit. Access to our email platform is restricted to authorized personnel only.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
